Product Support Analyst

Product Support Analyst team members function as the product application experts working proactively to support the client’s business needs, to collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic goals, and coordinate the team to deliver a valued solution throughout the customer lifecycle. The primary responsibilities of a Product Support Analyst are to foster positive client relationships and help clients achieve a high return on investment with our solutions. Daily responsibilities include fielding customer and staff member correspondence relating to application bugs, inquiries, and enhancements. The role requires an aptitude for detailed investigation and troubleshooting in order to gather appropriate data, analyze, and test incoming issues. The Product Support Analyst will proactively monitor application functionality to identify any potential issues that will contribute to the highest customer experience. Each Product Support Analyst is a focused, proactive self-starter, an advisor and consultant, and a client advocate within SAVO. If this describes you and below is your background, we are looking for you:

  • Experience with business technology implementations and/or client management/support.
  • Understanding of Business to Business Sales and Marketing processes/environment.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with various levels of management including day-to-day contacts and operational management.
  • Proven project management, organization, business analysis skills in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proven ability to manage through influence and to create and maintain virtual account teams.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem management skills, and quickly grasp technical concepts and apply them in a variety of contexts
  • Familiarity with report building processes using SQL and MS Excel
  • Education: BS/MS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
