Sales Development Representative

The SAVO Group (SAVO) is seeking two Sales Development Representatives to join our team in downtown Chicago. The Sales Development Representatives must be seasoned professionals with exceptional verbal and written communication skills and have a passion for sales.  These individuals will report to the VP of Mid Market Sales, and will be tasked with developing new sales piplemine by qualifying leads, prospecting into new accounts, and understanding potential client’s business pains and how the SAVO solution maps to those pains.

For this key position, SAVO values candidates who have:

  • 2 – 4 years of sales or account management experience
  • proven experience converting inquiries to qualified leads in software/technology environment
  • aggressive phone work
  • proven experience meeting/exceeding weekly/monthly/quarterly objectives
  • discovery skills and good questioning
  • strong with MS Office and CRM
  • good time management skills
  • ability to engage in conversations at all organizational levels
  • develop key metrics and measure performance constantly
