EDUCATE:
The field is introduced to the basic functionality of SAVO, and provided with a tour of the online help, training and documentation available “on demand.”
Ongoing: REFINE
SAVO leverages our experience and knowledge of key adoption patterns to help you evaluate the extensive usage statistics associated with content, authors and users to improve the user experience.
User feedback in the form of both quantitative "star" ratings and qualitative comments completes the picture of the deployment’s overall impact.
