30-Year Industry Veteran Will Lead Sales and Consulting to Drive Customer Success
As an industry veteran, Segal brings more than 30 years of software sales and technical experience with leading global organizations to SAVO. In his new role as SAVO’s chief revenue officer, Segal is responsible for leading the company’s newly integrated sales and services strategy, enabling a more comprehensive customer experience. The integration of both will enhance SAVO’s ability to deliver the most impactful sales enablement solution to its customers from the earliest interactions, through the sales process, into implementation and future support, helping to improve its customers’ financial performance and driving their success.

Segal comes to SAVO after serving as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Sales North America at Dassault Systemes. In this role, Segal was responsible for all Dassault Brands and product lines in North America, as well as 300 sales, sales management, sales operations and technical sales personnel. He and his team managed 800 enterprise companies in 11 industry segments, including US federal business. During his time at Dassault, he was responsible for the integration of both MatrixOne, after its acquisition in 2006, and Dassault’s acquisition of IBM’s North America Product Lifecycle Management sales and technical resources.
Prior to this, Segal held a number of sales leadership positions at MatrixOne (formerly Adra Systems), which was acquired by Dassault in 2006. Moving from Director of Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and Customer Support to Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Support, Segal eventually was appointed Senior Vice President Global Sales, Marketing and Services, a position he maintained through Dassault’s acquisition of MatrixOne.
While at MatrixOne, Segal was a key member of the executive team that prepared the company for a successful IPO and subsequently held a corporate officer position of a public company for six years.
Segal earned both his bachelor of science in engineering technology and master’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University.
